Very significant papers on evaluation of science communication programmes by Toss Gascoigne and Jenni Metcalfe, Australia. Browse the Papers section at Econnect.
There you find The evaluation of science-based organisations’ communication programs.
From the 6th International Conference on Public Communication of Science & Technology there is Why do governments spend money on national programs of science awareness?
